Our Shipping Policy:
We make use of Courier Guy to ship orders to any location within South Africa. Our shipping rates are determined by your area and the courier calculator during check out. 

Shipping may take up to 5 business days depending on your location. We provide a tracking number with every order, allowing you to easily track and trace the location of your parcel. This excludes weekends and public holidays.

Our Returns Policy
We only accept returns of faulty products. Returned products need to be returned in the same condition as received and in the original (undamaged) packaging. Courier charges on returns will be for the clients account.

RETURNS ARE TO BE DONE WITHIN 7 DAYS.

SOLAR

All Solar falls under the 7 day faulty return policy.  Solar equipment is sold as a unit thus only given equipment must be used. Example: Split solar systems is only allowed to be charged with given panels. Warranty is void if additional equipment is used.
